This plastic injection molded engine cover was modeled in Pro/Engineer starting from product concept sketches and existing engine geometry from Briggs & Stratton. Engineering involved creating a manufacturable part model with all necessary fastening features and provisions for the air box, oil fill port and clearances for the pull cord.
