Product Design & Sculptural Engineering

AXN|RXN is owned and operated by Karl Biewald, P.E., a certified Professional Mechanical Engineer with over twelve years of experience in the product design field. Industry experience ranges from medical, juvenile products, industrial machinery, toys and many others. Recently, sculptural engineering and robotics have been a significant portion of his work.

AXN-RXN Engineering has recently relocated to Saint Paul and continues new and exciting work in Product Design, Engineering, and Scuplture. Digital services include SolidWorks CAD modeling, Finite Element Analysis, and 2D mechanical drafting. In-house prototyping includes 3D FDM printing (Stratasys F370), machining, steel & aluminum welding, and breadboard mockups.
